Booking for this event assumes that: 

• You give permission to BTS for photographs of you to be captured and used in printed and electronic media, including the internet, for promotional purposes. 
• You understand that some images or recordings may be selected for permanent preservation in the BTS archives and may be used for publication, broadcasting, public performance, displays and exhibitions.
• You are happy with BTS to use your contact details to provide registration confirmations and further details about this event. 
• You are happy for your name, title and organisation to be included in a delegate list that will be made available to other delegates, speakers and exhibitors. 
• You am happy for your biography along with name and organisation to be used on conference programme materials (if applicable)

If you do not consent one or more of the above please inform the organisers by email prior to the event.

Cancellation policy:
Attendees can make name changes up to 5 working days before the conference (i.e. up to 25 February 2026)

Attendees who cancel their attendance before 16 December 2025 will receive a full refund.
Attendees who cancel their attendance between 17 December 2025 and 16 February 2026 (inclusive) will be offered a 50 % refund.
Attendees who cancel their attendance after 16 February 2026 (10 days before the Congress) or who do not arrive at the conference will be charged the full conference registration fee.

Payment for travel and accommodation is the responsibility of the delegate and no responsibility can be assumed by BTS for costs incurred in the event of a late cancellation.
