Cancellation policy

Attendees can make name changes up to 5 working days before the conference (i.e. up to 3 March 2025)

Attendees who cancel their attendance before 18 December 2024 will receive a full refund.
Attendees who cancel their attendance between 19 December 2024 and 24 February 2025 (inclusive) will be offered a 50 % refund.
Attendees who cancel their attendance after 25 February 2025 (10 days before the Congress) or who do not arrive at the conference will be charged the full conference registration fee.

Payment for travel and accommodation is the responsibility of the delegate and no responsibility can be assumed by BTS for costs incurred in the event of a late cancellation.
